The Commercial Contract Manager is required for a period of six months to conduct a review of HTC Vive european contracts with an aim to successfully renegotiate, draft and maintain all contractual agreements.
Facilitate a comprehensive review of HTC Vive’s European contract status with its resellers.
Plan and execute a renegotiation strategy for distribution contracts with HTC Vive resellers during 6 months.
Reviewing, drafting and responding to various contractual documents in line with corporate standards and legal & commercial practices, including but not limited to:- commercial terms & conditions, legal obligations of sales, distribution, logistic, service contracts, etc
Negotiating complex contracts with various telecom and mobile phone operators, channel partners, service providers, distributors, subcontractors, etc;
Working cross-region with legal, financial, service and sales teams to maintain commercial integrity, assess risks and minimize costs, while at the same time securing optimal returns;
Communicating with internal stakeholders and supplier/customers to remain up-to-date with corporate policies & procedures, and customer needs & deliverables;
Responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions;
Presenting opportunities, negotiation strategy and activity progress;
Providing peers and Senior Management Team with advice and early warning regarding issues for further decision-making;
