  • Overview

    • Own and operate several country websites under
    • Work closely with local marketers and core content development team to create and publish content that increases user engagement and sales opportunities.
    • Analyze our website visitors to drive site improvements, supporting regional marketing campaigns through the websites in close liaison with social, PR and media teams.
    • Work closely with other HTC Website Managers globally.




    Website Management

    • Manage local promotions from conception to implementation, including setting up bespoke pages
    • Work with legal team to ensure content meets legal and GDPR requirements.
    • Work closely with HQ in Taiwan on product launches
    • Support post-launch customisations, including translation, product spec and global post-launch updates.
    • Manage any development, analytics, or technical requests between regional managers, HQ, and developers. 
    • Manage incoming request queue, including customer service requests. 
    • Website design and production, using HTML, CSS3, Jquery and Javascript to implement pre-created styles, identify and fix issues and implement beneficial changes.

    E-Commerce Support

    • Management / support of e-commerce platform, supporting e-commerce vendor on web projects


    • Use of analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Dashboards and Tag Manager to identify trends, create dashboards, troubleshoot and make recommendations for change based on data evidence.
    • Adhoc reporting for presentation



    Person Specification



    • Extensive experience in website or production management role. 
    • Experience in ecommerce, online retail, or web marketing production.
    • Experience in localisation, and owning localisation process. 
    • HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, and JavaScript coding proficiency required, with experience in the design and/or production of websites. 

    • Experience with APIs desirable 
    • High proficiency with Google Analytics Tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Dashboards, and Tag Manager.
    • A/B testing desirable. 
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop 
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    Key Competencies

    • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), ability to work within constraints and find (and code) work-arounds when possible.
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
    • Strong project management skills. Able to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with multiple stake holders, across multiple time zones.
    • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to intelligently discuss projects and improvements with marketing, legal, and developers alike.

    Other relevant information

    • Ability to travel internationally up to 2 times per year. 
    • May require local travel for trainings or events.
