Responsibilities

  • Developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activities for selected groups of channel partners 
  • localising communications and marketing assets for the French market (from English to French)  
  • Performance and data driven marketer; responsible for performance activities and providing updates, reporting and recommendations 
  • Oversee all aspects of event management (digital , social, Crm, retail and PR) 
  • Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing 
  • Developing and overseeing the marketing plan for Vive product and content for specific channels (PR, Retail, Digital, B2B) within the organization 
  • Integrate EU marketing strategies with retailers to drive online traffic to retail websites. 
  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns and lead qualification. 
  • Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights. 
  • Coordinate different functions (Retail Marketing, Retail Training team, Account Manager and Agencies) concerning retail related programs 
  • To help build effective relationships with retail partners for HTC retail program definition and execution 
  • To ensure thorough and up to date knowledge of the retail industry, including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends

Person Specification

  • 2  4 years of marketing experience in a team based role 
  • Proven track record in executing complex projects within a matrix structure 
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with virtual teams. 
  • Experience working across cultures and European territories 
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the French audience in terms of language and copy is desirable 
  •  Agency management experience preferable 
  • B2B marketing experience would be beneficial 
  •  Asset development – brief to delivery and in accordance of our Brand Guideline  
  • Strong use of digital media, marketing and social media would be a strong advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline. 
  • Track record of identifying and creating new marketing opportunities within a channel. 
  • Commercially aware, has had prior dealings with third party stakeholders and customers, considering and justifying the investment implications and ROI of activities within a retail marketing plan. 
  • Good networker - is able to build effective relationships within the channels at multiple levels 
  • Involvement in the VR community within UK / France via conferences, meetups or in prior role is a strong advantage 
  • University degree or equivalent commercial work experience

Ideally UK based (currently remote but will be mainly office based later in 2022) with some possible European travel.
